Guidelines for Registration and Submission of Writings

Welcome to Prajapatir Dana Publication! We are committed to nurturing creative voices and providing a platform for original literary work. To maintain a professional and efficient process, we request all writers to follow the guidelines outlined below for registration and submission.

1. Registration Process

To submit your work, you must first register with Prajapatir Dana Publication.

Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form

Complete our official registration form (click), which can be accessed via our website or requested by email at [prajapatirdanapublication@gmail.com].

Step 2: Submit Required Information

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email within 12 hours with your unique Customer ID and further instructions.

2. Submission Guidelines for Writings

We welcome original literary works across genres including short stories, poetry, essays, articles, and creative nonfiction.

General Requirements:

• All submissions must be the original work of the author.
• Content should be respectful, inclusive, and free of hate speech or plagiarism.
• Language: Accepted in English & Bengali.
• Plagiarized or AI-generated content will not be accepted.
• Submissions must be unpublished (including on personal blogs or social media), unless otherwise discussed.
• Multiple submissions are allowed, but each must be sent in a separate file and email.

3. Format for Email Submission

• Font: Times New Roman / Kalpurush / Mangal (depending on language)
• Font Size: 12 pt
• Line Spacing: 1.5
• File Format: .doc/.docx or PDF only
• Title of the work
• Author’s full name
• Word count
• Contact information
• Customer ID (if registered)

Length (Recommended):

• Poems: Up to 40 lines
• Short Stories: 800–3000 words

4. How to Submit via Email

All writings must be emailed to: [prajapatirdanapublication@gmail.com]

Subject Line: Submission – [Your Name] – [Title of Work]

You may also submit through our online portal  using your registered Customer ID.

5. Review & Publication

1. All submissions undergo a thorough editorial review.
2. Authors will be notified of acceptance or feedback within 48 working hours.
3. Accepted works may be published in our online magazine, printed anthologies, or featured in special projects.
4. Contributors will retain copyright of their work; however, Prajapatir Dana Publication retains the right to first publication.

6. Copyright & Publishing Terms

• Copyright remains with the author.
• Upon acceptance, authors grant Prajapatir Dana Publication the right to publish, promote, and distribute the work in both print and digital formats.
• Accepted authors may be featured on our website or social media.
